What Customers Are Saying

My new drill press is such a pleasure to use…

The overall precision of the unit means more accurately sized holes and fewer broken drill bits.

I received my grandfather’s drill press after he passed on. Customer service has been great in getting me information so I can get the press refurbished and start using it to the full potential.

A. Amerman | SilverHammer Productions

I have ‘become one’ with my Micro!!!! It is the showpiece of my shop.

Glenn Sosbee | Dallas Gold & Silver Exchange

We have had much success with the technical advice you gave us. Thank you so much for your help. In the future, when we need more CNC systems, Cameron is #1 on my vendor list. Thank you for your support.

Brian Luu | President International Probe

Phone support has been great. Will do the survey, I’d like my own drill press!

J. Barello | Associate Professor NMSU, | Department of Art

Great product and excellent service. The machine has done everything it was supposed to do and then some. First rate company to deal with.

J. Hensley | StoneAge Waterjet Tools

My Cameron drill press is always ready to go. I have many hobbies, such as restoring Gilbert Erector sets, Lionel trains and Gottlieb pinball machines. I also use it for small diameter drilling jobs for my car, home repairs, R/C aircraft, etc. You can’t beat the little Cameron for the smaller work.

F. Hachmeyer | Aircraft Service Engineer

Love it. It pulls it’s own weight — a real money maker.

S. Robertson | CEO Robertson Tool & Mfg. Co.

The machine performs great. I always try to keep it busy with projects worthy of its value.

Customer Profile

Donna Markovitz of Florida

Here’s what Donna told us:

I have been working with the Cameron Drill Press since I made the 18th Century Corner Cupboard in 1998 in a class. Soon after that, I bought my Cameron. I use it for both wood and metal, anytime I need to drill an accurate hole, or in scale miniatures it can also be used for routing and shaping using cutter and router bits.

When making the 18th Century Corner Cupboard in the picture, the Cameron Drill Press was used for routing, pin routing, and mortising. We used hand made jigs to hold the small wood for these procedures.

The map table is a reproduction of one I have at home. Any holes needed were drilled using the Cameron Drill Press.

The wood and drawer in the picture are samples of dovetails done on the Cameron Drill Press with a machined fixture and a cutter.

Yes, that is a quarter in front of the drawer. Most of my scale miniature work is done in 1/12 scale. One inch equals one foot.

As you can see both my old and new Cameron Drill Presses are ready to use. Having two will allow me to have different setups on each one.
